Graphtec specifies a 24-inch maximum cutting area, 36-inch/second maximum speed at 45 degrees, 450 gf cutting force, Ethernet/USB with optional Wi-Fi, and ARMS 8.0 optical registration with four-point axis alignment.
The reason to pay for that class of machine is not the 450-gf number; many craft cutters advertise higher force.
